Scripps Health Administrative Services supports our five hospitals and 19 outpatient facilities, which treat half a million patients annually through 2,600 affiliated physicians. All SSRS employees receive an hourly shift differential. In addition, a $8,000.00 retention incentive is offered for full time Rad Tech positions and a $4,000.00 retention incentive is offered for part time Rad Tech positions.
